Advanced Open Water Diver Course - @ Marathon

Advanced training takes you to the next step of your dive skills in the water.  Scuba divers should never stop learning for the simple reason, the more comfortable you are in the water the more the ocean opens up to you.  Additional training always brings you closer and allows to you do more meaningful exploration of the wonders of the seas. 

Prerequisites

12 years old or older.

There are two methods to taking this course:  E-learning and On-site Classroom

E-learning

You study at your own pace through an easy to use interactive programs on-line of the most popular advanced course areas of concentration selections.  When you are ready and have completed your study, you will come to Capt. Hook's to go through your Advanced Open Water Diver skills and dives with an instructor in the ocean.

On-site Classroom

An instructor will take you through the course work that you have selected.  When you have completed your study, you will go through your Advanced Open Water Diver skills and dives with your instructor in the ocean.

E-learning and On-site Classroom Schedule

Day 1 Morning: Advanced Open Water Diver Scheduling & Classroom Instruction 

Day 1 Afternoon: Dives 1, 2, and 3 in selected specialties

Day 2 Morning: Dives 4 and 5 in selected specialties

For Both Options: Captain Hook’s provides you everything you need to get Advanced Open Water Diver certified.

All scuba equipment, air and NITROX your five open-water dives.  Registration and Certification Card is included.

Capt. Hook's works with 5 dive agencies.  PADI, NAUI, SSI, SDI and PSS.  We will try to best select the instructor and agency that will fit your needs.

What to Bring (Recommended)

• "Reef-Safe" Sunscreen
• Towel
• Comfortable Shoes for Boat
• Bottled Water and Snacks

Let's Get Started!

1.  Go to the Booking Calendar and select the first day that you would like to start your training.  Be certain to select the quantity of participants for the course.  Complete the booking and fill out all of the information requested.  You will receive an email confirmation from Capt. Hook's of your booking and will get a call from one of our instructors to set up everything you need to start your training.
